The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Registered Nurses’ Union of Newfoundland and Labrador and the province’s Regional Health Authorities are coming together with other colleagues to discuss ways to determine opportunities and help carve out a path forward to address the concerns and challenges facing the nursing community.

Digital Government and Service NL thanks those who participated in the consultation process on the Building Accessibility Act. Feedback was used to inform the What We Heard document.

The Provincial Government is seeking your input for highway projects for its Multi-Year Provincial Roads Plan.

The plan considers road projects based on safety, traffic volumes, socio-economic impacts, evidence and input from the general public and the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure’s engineers.

As part of the process of decolonization, The Rooms recognizes the colonial history of the name of the Mary March Provincial Museum in Grand Falls-Windsor. The Rooms is seeking the public’s input to determine a new name that works towards reconciliation, healing and respectful commemoration of Indigenous Peoples’ histories and is more accurate.

The Department of Digital Government and Service NL is undertaking consultations on the Lottery Licensing Regulations to help inform any potential changes to legislation and support government’s continued commitment to consumer protection. The department wants to hear from stakeholders and the public in the review to modernize the regulations.

The Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs wishes to thank those who particpated in the consultation process on amendments to the Coat of Arms Act. Feedback from the engagement process was used to inform What We Heard documents.

Newfoundland and Labrador has an abundance of developed and undeveloped renewable energy resources, as well as experience and expertise in our technology and energy sectors. As a province, we are positioned to advance our status as a Clean Energy Centre of Excellence, leading in this green transition.

The Public Procurement Agency is developing a Green Procurement Policy to enhance the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s sustainable purchasing practices and requirements. The Public Procurement Agency wants to hear from stakeholders and the public to ensure that any newly developed policy meets the needs and expectations of both residents and industry leaders in Newfoundland and Labrador.
