The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Registered Nurses’ Union Newfoundland and Labrador and the province’s Regional Health Authorities are coming together with other stakeholders to strategize innovative short-term measures to improve the workplace and the retention and recruitment of registered nurses and nurse practitioners in Newfoundland and Labrador. We will discuss and determine opportunities to help carve out a path forward and address the concerns and challenges facing the nursing profession.

This questionnaire will be available until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, 2022. It should take you approximately 15-25 minutes to complete this questionniare.
The information we receive will be reviewed by the Department of Health and Community Services and the Registered Nurses’ Union of Newfoundland and Labrador. All feedback will be considered during the Nursing Think Tank being held in April.
