The MyGovNL Portal launched as part of a pilot program. Access is currently only available by invite to Newfoundland and Labradorians with a valid driver’s licence whose email address is on file at the Motor Registration Division (MRD). Fill out the form to apply to be added to the invitation list.

Your personal information is being collected by Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in accordance with section 61(c) of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (ATIPPA, 2015). Your information will be used for the purpose of the issuance of a MyGovNL account and it will not be used for any other purposes unless authorized under ATIPPA, 2015. Under ATIPPA, 2015 personal information is protected under section 64 (1) and you have the right to access your personal information held by the department, and to request the correction of your personal information if there has been an error or omission.
