The Provincial Government would like to hear from young people regarding their experiences and opinions about mental health and addictions services. Your input will help build better programs and services that meet the needs of young people and are delivered in the right place, at the right time, for young people.

Everyone participating in the questionnaire will have a chance to win one of five $20 gift cards. The draw for the five $20 gift cards will take place in December 2018.
